Managed EDR
Every laptop, desktop, and server watched around the clock. Suspicious behavior isolated and stopped before it spreads to the rest of the network.
No pitch, no contract. The intro call is for understanding your situation, not selling you a solution.
Antivirus looks for known files. Attackers stopped using those years ago.
Modern attacks use legitimate tools already on the machine, stolen credentials, and scripts that no signature will ever match. By the time traditional antivirus notices, the attacker has been inside for days.
Endpoint detection and response watches behavior instead of files, and it is managed by people who act on the alerts.
What's included
EDR agent on every endpoint
Workstations and servers, Windows and macOS, in the office or remote.
Behavioral detection
Suspicious activity is flagged by what it does, not by what it is named: credential dumping, lateral movement, and unusual encryption.
Automatic isolation
A compromised machine is cut off from the network in seconds while it is investigated, limiting the blast radius.
Investigation and response
Our engineers review alerts, determine what happened, remove the threat, and tell you in plain language.
Threat hunting
Periodic searches across your endpoints for indicators that did not trigger an alert.
Reporting
What was detected, what was done, and what it means for your risk, in your quarterly review.
What you get
Minutes, not days
Dwell time measured in minutes because something is actually watching.
One machine, not the whole office
Isolation keeps an incident from becoming an outage.
An answer to "what happened?"
A clear timeline of what the attacker did and what was affected.
What happens next
- A 30-minute intro call. You tell us about your business, your network, and what prompted the call. We ask questions, listen, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
- A scoped, priced proposal. For most clients that starts with a fixed-scope assessment. You see the price and the deliverables before you commit to anything.
- Work begins on an agreed date. Changes are staged with a rollback plan, and you get a written summary of what was done.
Common questions
Do we still need antivirus?
EDR replaces it. The agent includes traditional prevention and adds detection and response.
Will it slow down our computers?
Modern EDR agents are lightweight. Staff should not notice it is there.
Who responds at 2 a.m.?
Alerts are monitored continuously. Containment is automatic; investigation and cleanup follow per the response times in your agreement.

You might be thinking…
Antivirus catches known files. The attacks that cost money use stolen credentials and built-in Windows tools that no signature matches. EDR watches behavior, and someone acts on what it sees. On the intro call we'll ask what you run today and tell you what it does and doesn't cover.
We are. That's the "managed" part. Alerts go to our engineers, containment is automatic, and you get a plain-language summary of anything that happened.
When to call now rather than later
It does now on most policies. Answering "no" is expensive. Deploying takes days, not months.
Those machines are outside your firewall most of the week. EDR is the control that travels with them.
Without EDR, you never will. With it, you get the timeline.
Book a call, or ask us to call you
A 30-minute intro call. We ask about your business, your network, and what prompted you to reach out, then tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. If an assessment makes sense, we scope it and price it before any work starts. If something is broken right now, call us.
