Managed IT
We monitor, patch, and maintain everything, and fix problems before your staff feel them. One predictable monthly fee.
No pitch, no contract. The intro call is for understanding your situation, not selling you a solution.
Break-fix IT means paying to be interrupted.
When you only call IT after something breaks, every problem costs you twice: once in the invoice and once in the hours your staff spent waiting. Nobody is watching for the disk that is about to fail or the backup that silently stopped running in March.
Managed IT flips that. We watch your systems continuously and fix most problems before anyone in your office knows they existed.
What's included
24/7 monitoring
Servers, workstations, network gear, and backups monitored around the clock. Failures and warning signs generate alerts to our engineers.
Patch management
Operating systems and common applications patched on a schedule, tested first, with critical security updates prioritized.
Help desk for your staff
Your team contacts us directly by phone or email. Tickets are tracked and you can see what was done and when.
Asset and lifecycle tracking
We know every device you own, how old it is, and when it should be replaced, so budgeting is not a surprise.
Vendor management
We deal with your internet provider, software vendors, and hardware warranties so you do not have to sit on hold.
Quarterly reviews
A plain-language report of what happened, what we fixed, and what we recommend for the next quarter.
What you get
A fixed monthly number
Predictable cost that covers monitoring, maintenance, and support. No surprise invoices after a bad week.
Problems fixed before you notice
Most tickets are opened by our monitoring, not by your staff.
One accountable team
One number to call for anything with a plug or a password.
What happens next
- A 30-minute intro call. You tell us about your business, your network, and what prompted the call. We ask questions, listen, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
- A scoped, priced proposal. For most clients that starts with a fixed-scope assessment. You see the price and the deliverables before you commit to anything.
- Work begins on an agreed date. Changes are staged with a rollback plan, and you get a written summary of what was done.
Common questions
What is included in the monthly fee?
Monitoring, patching, help desk, and the reviews above. Projects like a server replacement or an office move are quoted separately so you always know what is recurring and what is one-time.
How fast do you respond?
We set response targets in writing based on severity and put them in the agreement. We'll go over them on the intro call.
Can you work alongside our internal IT person?
Yes. Many clients keep an internal generalist and use us for monitoring, security, and escalation. We define who owns what up front.
Book my 30-minute callHave a question that isn't here? Bring it to the intro call.
You might be thinking…
It feels cheaper because the invoice is smaller. Add the hours your staff lose waiting, the project that slipped because the server was down, and the backup nobody noticed had stopped. Managed IT costs less than one bad week. On the intro call we'll learn enough about your setup to put a number on it.
Keep them. Most of our managed clients have an internal generalist who handles the desk-side work while we handle monitoring, patching, security, and escalation. The intro call is where we work out where the handoff should sit.
When to call now rather than later
That's a single point of failure with a return date. Fix it before the next one.
Break-fix treats symptoms. Monitoring finds the cause. If a ticket keeps reopening, it's a sign nobody owns the environment.
Thirty minutes with us before you renew is the cheapest comparison you'll ever make.
Book a call, or ask us to call you
A 30-minute intro call. We ask about your business, your network, and what prompted you to reach out, then tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. If an assessment makes sense, we scope it and price it before any work starts. If something is broken right now, call us.
