Wi-Fi consulting

Wireless that's fast for your staff and locked down for everyone else, including guests and devices you didn't know were there.

No pitch, no contract. The intro call is for understanding your situation, not selling you a solution.

Bad Wi-Fi is a productivity problem. Open Wi-Fi is a security problem.

Dead spots in the conference room, calls that drop when someone walks down the hall, and a guest network that shares a password with the staff network and has done so since the last office manager left.

We design wireless from a survey of your actual building, then secure it so the network knows who and what is connecting.

What's included

  • Site survey

Measurements of your space, walls, and interference so access points go where they work, not where the drop ceiling was convenient.

  • Design and deployment

Access point selection, placement, channel planning, and installation with clean cabling.

  • Secure staff access

Certificate-based or identity-based authentication so staff devices connect without a shared password that leaks.

  • Guest and device networks

Guests, phones, cameras, and smart TVs on isolated networks that can reach the internet and nothing else.

  • Ongoing management

Firmware, monitoring, and tuning as the office changes and the neighbors' networks get louder.

  • Troubleshooting

When Wi-Fi is blamed for a problem, we find out whether it actually was.

What you get

Coverage you can map

Every desk, every meeting room, no dead corners.

A password you can stop worrying about

Staff access tied to identity, not a sticky note.

Guests who cannot wander

Visitors get internet, not your file server.

Common questions

Can you fix our existing Wi-Fi or does it need replacing?

A survey tells us. Often the gear is fine and the placement or configuration is the problem.

Does this integrate with network access control?

Yes. Wi-Fi is usually the first place NAC is applied. See our managed NAC service.

How disruptive is the install?

Most installs happen after hours or in phases so staff stay connected throughout.

You might be thinking…

"Wi-Fi works most of the time."

"Most of the time" is the sound of lost productivity nobody logs. Dropped calls, slow file saves, and the conference room that never connects are costs. A survey tells you whether it's placement, configuration, or interference, and usually it's cheaper to fix than to tolerate.

"We'll just buy better access points."

Hardware fixes hardware problems. Most wireless problems are placement, channel planning, and configuration. The intro call is where we learn enough to say which you likely have, before you spend money.

When to call now rather than later

Guests and staff share the same Wi-Fi password

Everyone who ever visited your office can reach your file server. That's a one-call fix.

Phones and cameras are on the same network as servers

Every IoT device is an unpatched computer. Isolating them is the cheapest security win in the building.

You're expanding, renovating, or moving

Wireless design is far cheaper before the drywall goes up.

A 30-minute intro call. We ask about your business, your network, and what prompted you to reach out, then tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. If an assessment makes sense, we scope it and price it before any work starts. If something is broken right now, call us.
